Can I refund or make an exchange?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeline, please contact me and I will do my best to track your order for you.

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

Do you accept orders outside of the U.S.?

Yes, I currently accept international orders from Canada, United States, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Japan, Korea (the Republic of), China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. At any moment I can change or edit order acceptance outside of the U.S. at my discretion based on suspicious activity, or distinct shipping regulations that may disrupt or prevent the order.
