Can I refund or make an exchange?

For now, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail, and telephone number. However, if your product arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please CONTACT. These issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for e-shop order processing and verification, and up to an additional week for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeline, please contact me and I will do my best to track your order for you.

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

Do you accept orders outside of the U.S.?

Yes, I accept international orders and inquiries from a select set of countries.
